  • You ever considered maybe putting a windscreen of some sort on that test stand?

  • I believe that all of the "5th" bearings work well, because, we have not heard of any crank shafts breaking on an engine with the front bearing. I just believe that Roy's is the best one of all the designs.

  • Hi Dan! I saw your post and link at KRnet list. Congratulalions for the engine back to life. I have a question: How are you going to fit the starter under the cowling. I noticed it is is very high. What about the 5th. bearing, is it working ok?

  • @zagi2007 The spinner used for this configuration is a 13" from Vans RV, and the cowling to match, clears the starter. I have the Roy's Garage front bearing from Roy Szarafinski. In fact, he built my complete engine, and that is him with me in the video.
