The IPA symbols of "杯" and "水" you wrote look different with the symbols I usually see. I would like to know that, is there some different ways to express the sounds? I usually use /puːi/ and /sɵy/. (or /søy/)
Could you please tell me? I learnt them all by just myself. If someone of experts like you could answer me, I would no longer be confused.
I'm college student and currently studying in the U.S. I want to ask a question: How do you balance the school work and you still have time to study? How can I improve my vocabulary? I found it is very difficult to spend an hour to study vocabulary or read newspaper because the school works.....
@PrInCe9838 I think what you are really looking for is the direct or real translation about 多多指教,久仰久仰 instead of nice to meet you since it is not 100 % of the meaning. I think it is hard to do that since both languages have no relationship they do not share words from same ancestor like Latin like French, Spanish and some other. Most of the translations people do are just the rough meaning most and making it makes sense in Chinese.

頂！真係一針見血！就好似我哋廣府人傾計講粗口，其實都係咁。例如你同你啲朋友，喺街上見到靚女，會話｢條水正喎｣，個重點就係個｢正｣字度。你屌人，話屌你老母臭閪，重點其實邊係佢老母個閪度，而係個屌你上面。

我曾經識過一位英國華僑 ,
佢耐唔耐會返香港但佢聽中文都已經唔係幾得 .
可能我本身講嘢都幾快嘅關係啦 ,
有好多時間我講嘢都要講幾次或者慢啲佢先聽到 ,
咁純正外國人聽唔到廣東話一啲都唔出奇丫 ...
講返英文 ,
好多時候我聽唔到啲字但知道大概意思都會自己心中幫佢加返..
