My god her cd costs 40 dollars at least and thats for second hand! I have a few collecter cd's but nothing that costed me more than 30 euro. Can you put up more of her songs please?

thanks for this. I read an interview of Joanna Newsom's, and she mentioned Texas Gladden, and this is the only clip of hers that I can find on the whole internet! thank you very much. I can see where Joanna got her early singing voice, as in Peach Plum Pear!

If you like it I really recommend "Ballad Legacy". Texas is great!

You should check out John Jacob Niles also, I bet Joanna Newsom was (is) inspired by him too. The only song by him on Youtube seems to be "Go 'Way From My Window" though which isn't the best example, see if you can find "The farmer's cursed wife" instead (I've tried to upload it but Youtube removed it, unfortunately).
