@danta8003 Monjeza and Chimbalanga are two gay men that were sent to jail in Malawi because they got married. The song talks about them, the injustice commited and the judge that gave the order to imprison them. Despite this real problem, the guy that hosts this Tv show doesn't really care about the two gay men, but about their names, because in spanish they sound really funny. That's the truly reason of the song and why the crowd laugh too much.
