@oscarjihadhoussin No she isn't, she just can't speak English super well. That's like saying someone is stupid for not knowing a second language that isn't their native one...I think she did pretty well actually!
If your mum and dad speak a language to you, you can pick it up easily. I know how to speak japanese bcuz grew up with it. At 8 years old a started learnin english slowly and done it for 5 years in hiroshima and i found it not easy but not very hard. And if you want to learn kanji there is no point but only if you wanna live in japan.
ha ha thats cus theyre both europian dumbass! its like a hundred times easier to learn another europian language! eng is 1 of the hardest if ur native tongue isnt europian, its insane and doesnt make sense lol
Nonsense. English is my third language, and it just took me a good 2-3 years to practically master it. there are much harder languages out there. As a person who speaks 4languages, I do know what i'm talking about
u really dont think english is one of the hardest if your 1st is not european?? 4 languages is impressive! but u have to admit japanese is easier to learn than english!
im just saying that european languages have the same grammatical structure as english, so i dont consider them hard in that respect, however i think japanese makes a lot more sense. english isnt phonetic so has too many words that you wont have any idea how to say when its written, and silent letters lol... it generally isnt very straightforward. Whereas if you learn kana, it becomes quite a bit easier and u can write any word
You have a point there but if you want to live somewhere like Japan, you usually need to learn katakana, hiragane, and kanji. Not kanji as much though, but english is a confusing language. People find it easier to learn now since it's the main langauge of the world, and they are usually exposed to it in school, at home, at work, e.t.c. I actually found Japanese easier to learn than english however.
hiragana and katakana are essential, but Kanji also is if you live there, many signs, newspapers and menus have kanji on them, so things would be hard without that knowledge.... from ur profile im guessing your first language is french???
Actually my first language is...I don't know o.o. I learned three languages at once, so I don't really have one. You see my mom is half punjabi/half asian, and my dad is a hindu so I learned Hindi, Punjabi, and English all at once. After I mastered those, I started learning Japanese and French. Now I'm trying Korean.
Japanese isn't that hard. It doesn't have the weird idioms that other languages have, or the accents I guess. Of course you can recognize a native speaker, but japanese is really just pronounced how it's spelled.
yeah u do have a point. Japanese, as far as pronunciation and grammar, is rather simple compared to other european languages.
However, the kanji part is by all means no walk in the park, as it mainly requires memorisation, whereas when u learn the european alphabet, u can more or less read any word, which makes learning somewhat easier.
IMO there is no such thing as an "easy" language; they all have their ups and downs.
And to answer ur question plasticine, I speak Moroccan, french, english, a bit of spanish (very similar to french, so it's easier =p ) and good deal of japanese.
