Yes when I began to pay attention to me and all that I was feeling I began to filled up with loving energy. Either your love/energy is flowing or it is being blocked because you are paying too much attention pleasing those outside of you. However, when you begin to do what feels good then you naturally begin to give and take at the right time. I know many have suffered pain yet I can confirm that the key for me was self love and treating myself like someone worth my care and attention <3
