  • @IncredibleHulkRobert Sorry, I meant Mitch haha

  • @mitchelltom32 thanks Alex

  • great benching Rob

  • @CHAlexReinhard thanks Alex

  • good work rob

  • @rctriplefresh5 hey you, if you said it took 2 seconds, then why'd you congratulate me for lifting three plates in under one second? You mustve really been sarcastic. Whenever I disagree with something, you get mad. Typical, and pitiful

  • @The Fag who likes Triplefresh and Pbhenry's post 5 times each, get a fucking life.,

  • @pbhenry dude you gotta quit talking to this Dave faggot, he is not worth your time man... Sorry I got mad. It just bothers me when know it alls give me unwanted advice. I only wanted props, not advice

  • And who are the faggots who are giving ratings to Dave and his buddies? Only one person is behind all this...

  • @pbhenry why are you listening to that man? Are you fucking siding with him? It didn't take two seconds to finish a rep, he's clearly delusional, certainly jealous. Why do you care what he thinks man?

  • @powabuilda thanks man!

  • Hey Rob Dave wanted me to inform you that your 315 ebnch was not .85 seconds. he said it was 2 seconds!

  • Piece of Cake man!

  • I think your form has been improving on the heavier sets

  • @pbhenry Thanks Brenden! I LOVE the form

  • Powerlifting can be dangerous and you lift at your own risk. If you are worried about safety then go do somethibng else such as ping pong.

  • @pbhenry why don't they just give up lifting if they're gonna be worried about safety. Seriously.

  • lol that's random.

  • @WeightLifterNerd dude, I can't believe Dave thinks I will only get 330-340 on the max lol fucktarded, huh? I did his 1RM for a speed rep, even faster than his 275 ever was! And I never pressed 300 that quick, not to mention with better form! So who will soon be stronger? :P

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert Lol im saying benching fast like that can tear a pec with just the bar tho.

  • @fivefingerbp98 LMAO dude, you have a higher chance of a pec injury with 400-500lbs than with just the bar, are you fucking kidding me?!

  • Besides that 315 is a joke for you now, looking good for 340-350+ I say. Your strength is coming back Robbo.

  • @WeightLifterNerd Jared I never pressed 315 that fast in all my life! Thanks though

  • Nice pressin rob. And be careful bench the bar and 135 that fast. U can tear a pec sence ur doing it so fast and ur use to pushing heavier weight. I seen it happen

  • @fivefingerbp98 I don't need to be careful, they won't even bruise my chest, they're too fucking light! Thanks anyway

  • You make a good point, but isn't that how you basically bench press yourself? I mean rob is only using 45 and 135 which is very light, while your form looks much quicker on the negative portion of the lift with much heavier weight.

  • @WeightLifterNerd guys stop attacking phil he is just trying to help rob..he isn't insulting him!

rob it is true that most pec tears occur during WARMUPS....even ask ffanatic he tore his pec warming for 315.

anyway rob, i bench 45 and 135 with speed..i do all of y warmups with speed..i think you should be commended for waring up with the bar..lots of lifters go straight to 135 which is dumb.

nice work on the 315 in under a second man...340 bench here you come.

  • @rctriplefresh5 dude, he criticized my speed with the empty bar and 135, when his form is much worse than mine, it's that obvious, I never let the bar dig into my ribcage like he does with much more weight. Whatever. Thanks for giving me props for warming up with the bar, I always do that. I will be benching 350 easily in the next month, so problem.

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert rob he was actually saying that you pressed the bar and 135 very fast.

he was just saying that you can tear a pec doing it tht fast he was saying u have fast speed robbo

  • @rctriplefresh5 you can't tear a pec pressing the bar and 135 even that fast, unless you're fucking weak as hell, try to press 315 that fast and see what happens...

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert if i tried to bench press 315 as fast u pressed the bar i'd br in the hospital robbie.

  • @rctriplefresh5 exactly, because the more weight you use, the higher the risk

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert no because 315 is over my max with no liftoff.

mot people tear their chests on warmups ask jake

  • @rctriplefresh5 idc if it's over your max or under your max, you can likely injure youself that way. And I certainly don't care who says most people tear their chests on warm ups, because honestly that is bullshit. Quit kissing everyone's ass, man!

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert fucking goddamn brown nose

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert im not kissing your ass..quit being a dick rob....wow.....what is wrong with you? cursing me and phil.....gl hitting 330 bench..u were stronger before traing ur bench than you are now tht u train it. you hit 300x8 which equals 385 before even training rob...ur speed prs are an attempt to deny ur weakness..soon ill be stronger

  • @rctriplefresh5 I said you're kissing Phil and Jake's ass, you fucking moron. When I started free weight benching I was never as strong as I am now. I only hit 300x7.5, not 300x8, and I only managed to get 375, and 330-340 will certainly be very easy, you're pathetically attempting to deny the fact that I will soon beat my best bench press, and you will never be stronger than me. Those are EVIDENT facts.

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert u said i kissed everyone's ass.....not yours man

  • @rctriplefresh5 well, not just Phil and Jake, yeah. But I don't need you to kiss my ass anyway man, and I'm certainly not kissing yours. But you can kiss your freedom to comment on my videos goodbye.

  • @rctriplefresh5 Also, when I was doing almost 300x8, I ABSOLUTELY NEVER benched 300 this quickly.

  • @rctriplefresh5 I also warm up with the empty bar. I'm not ashamed to say it.

  • I know he is helping Rob which is why I said good point, but I think Phil needs a little works on his form as well, he gave out good advice but on his videos he doesn't seem to practice what he preaches. He is very strong but I think his form needs some work as well. Personally I don't think you should ever drop the bar fast on any weight whether it be as low as 45 or as high as 500 or more, although I think heavier weights is much mor risky then light weights in my opinion.

  • @WeightLifterNerd @rctriplefresh5 I don't take advice from retards who use much worse form with heavier weight than I ever do, that's not even helping me at all. What kind of idiot thinks that anyway?

  • All I am giving is criticism, I am not insulting or attacking anyone, I have not thrown out a single insult or curse word.

  • @fivefingerbp98 yeah you hypocritical form nazi, your form is even worse than mine gets with those light weights!!
