Vampires win only because they have the advantage.They have more perks then werewolves such as hypnotize, levitation, human slaves, able to live longer, etc. People exaggerate Vampire's weaknesses such as garlic which just smells really bad since there senses are heightened (Which is good because it adds more complication on how to kill a real vampire then a werewolf). Well, that is more of a retorical question because some wherewolves (such as Lycans) can be stonger than vampires ( exspecially if they have not had alot of blood [or even enough] ) or a vampire can be stronger than a werewolf. To me it really just depends.
