I think this says more about help desk life than support people want to admit. I mean, just how tough is it to say to someone, "click the reset link". If support people would do that instead of whipping themselves into a Hitlerian frenzy, everyone would be better off.
Ah... that was perfect. As a network admin myself, I hate users and their petty complaints. This pretty much sums it up about what users do to us when they call stating they cant send an email.
