I can’t believe that you would simply say ‘IUD’ and not specify that only one actually contains the hormones that you’re talking about. It's universally accepted that "The Pill" thins the inner lining of the uterus making it a particularly hostile environment to implantation. No-One knows how often "The Pill" succeeds in this egregious way, but it's safe to say that if it has happened even once, that's reason enough to support the claims in this video. This is important knowledge to have, I know an egg is still released while on birth control. I had never given thought about a fertilized egg being lost during menstration.

This gives a more informed choice over birth-control. I would rather use a sponge/spermicide rather than a pill. I rather prevent a conception than have an iduced miscarriage via birth control pill. Know all the facts in reproductive issues this is key to a wise choice in family planning.
