We got the car without rims and tires (the reason why it was towed to the shop). We stuck on the extra set at the garage. It turns out that the speedometer is now off. The original car must have had 14" rims on it, and not the 15" that we put on.

Oh and the warm start issue was fixed. It was a bad battery terminal on the cable.
