The story in the trailer is a myth that students at Whitewater learn about, one of many that is rumored to make Whitewater haunted. The stories told in this video are real life experiences these individuals have been involved in or stories of people they know that experienced paranormal activity. No script was written or used. The city in the movie trailer is not Whitewater.
and since when has a whitewater librarian PROVED it exisists? this is a bunch of BS...lol

the real whitewater down town has a lake and no trees
