Ok, i injured my leg, had surgery, they took out 50% of MCL, now its one month of it and i did 2 trainingsessions yesterday, powermove and then dance... So for all bboys who get theyr knee injured, dont be at stress... Take this as vacation and true words are be ready to get back. Injure will stay in your mind but it forces u to be more careful wich is good. I landed wrong with front flip so be careful with flips and landings. (Y)

hmmm, had knee surgery to with my left leg and they took out 50% of my meniscus, Doctor sait to me that i can break. Now its 2 weeks of it and i feel like i can dance, i guess it still forces me to create something new. Hope u feel good with your knee.
