its may not be advertised at the scanner, but on the back of the ticket and when you purchase the tickets they tell you that you can use photo id only. besides if its steling so muc info, why was i able to give my friend my old ticket.... im a big guy and shes a tiny female and we arent related.... there is no connection between our finger prints....

This is a true story. About ten years ago, I was working in the CNN center in Atlanta on a temp job. I was talking to a girl who worked there and all of a sudden, I launched into this thing about the Lion King, how I loved it and "isn't Disney great?" like I was an advertisement. People, calm down! This is not a finger print recognition device. It's looking not at the finger print, but the capillary structure below the surface of the skin. Through a proprietary algorithm they create a template of you by creating a unique signature from colors and geometric shapes. If you looked at it, you would have no clue what it was for or who it represented.

its may not be advertised at the scanner, but on the back of the ticket and when you purchase the tickets they tell you that you can use photo id only. besides if its steling so muc info, why was i able to give my friend my old ticket.... im a big guy and shes a tiny female and we arent related.... there is no connection between our finger prints....

This is a true story. About ten years ago, I was working in the CNN center in Atlanta on a temp job. I was talking to a girl who worked there and all of a sudden, I launched into this thing about the Lion King, how I loved it and "isn't Disney great?" like I was an advertisement. Through a proprietary algorithm they create a template of you by creating a unique signature from colors and geometric shapes. Combine that information with the information used to buy your ticket (CC#, name, address, etc), even if they SAY they don't at this time, and now your identified by your print! Now, if the law enforcement or govt. used the same scanning software you would be identified in the database. Don't get scanned, ANYWHERE! Would you be OK with a barcode on youself?

That old guy just doesn't get the technology. To him it's just a finger print scanner, in reality it's not... that's what happens when you ask a dinosaur about scary machines from the future. The machines turn your fingerprint into a number and store the number, not the print, so they can match your number with your ticket. None of your private information (credit card or otherwise) is stored in the ticket so there is no "private information" to be stored.

We have to pay to live here our whole life or we are locked up by the people we pay for with taxes and then put in jail cells we also paid for, they take away your house for not paying taxes, your cars, your kids, our life. Plus even when you do pay your taxes, they screw you over and limit the things you can do on the stuff you paid to put there. Nothing is free anymore, and how would they take away your "freedom" with a finger print?

That you are correct. "What freedom?" but that does not excuse companies or the government taking away even more of it. I just remember back in the good old days when they only would finger print criminals, not families with kids who want to see Mickey mouse.

i mean i guess if you look at the big picture you see it as them taking away another freedom like so many others, doesnt matter what that freedom is there still taking it away right? If thats your point of view then i can understand, but
