It disgust me how they try and partner cousins just like they did with Elizabeth lucky and nikolas just cause Lucas was adopted don't mean he ain't real family

@Suszball81 Laura is Elizabeth's first cousin via adoption so they're not blood related but they are still related since Lucky adopted her first two kids Elizabeth's own children are her 1st cousins twice removed "via adoption"

he was adopted by her aunt and uncle. and she likes him right now but gets over it thanks to dillon.
