Ming dynasty is a dyansty rule in China, between mid 1300s to 1600s somewhere. Central government was based in Northern China. Vietnam was consolidated into China long before in Han dynasty, had though had autonomy but not independence in Ming dynasty... somebody better correct me if I'm wrong.

How long the training would take for the guys became master of their dance ?

I think it was Suzhou or near Nanjing, it was a year ago so I'm not certain. But it's definitely one of the two.
