@DoubleXIII The game is very different from Advance Wars simply because it's real time and you control units directly. You do command every unit, but only basic commands like follow, wait and attack. The game works well this way though.

Quick tip, the gunship can actually attack WELL beyond its targeting range. Useful for quick harrassing or softening up the enemy before they arrive.

ur comparing a TPS to an FPS, which makes no sense, for a TPS this is very very good (and if you want comparison compare this to the TPS which is ghostbusters on wii...uugggh). I am biased in my opinion obviously since i think this is a very good game, maybe they can take it gears of war style next time (yet keeping things clean). It would lose some originality sure, but it wouild be siiiiick

You should put your men in guard mode so they can guard the towers and planes while you destroy the enemy that's what i do when a strong wave comes

I would say yes.

1) It is now cheap because it has been out for a while

2) Even if it was full price, still a great game and worth it

It is a little short, but only if you make it so. If you do not rush the game and blast through everything while not caring you will enjoy it more and have replay value when you reach the end. ^_^

I just played this level as the defender. and its true the key to victory is pushing the enemy back to their respawn point, although you cannot let any enemies get through your lines.

There's no "Defend" option, killing off the enemy is your best bet.

That's right, If you put your units in guard mode, enemy artillery can do great damage to bombers and radar arrays.

The best thing to do is destroying the enemy at their supply zone ! When you don't do that, you will lose the match when you still have 4/5 minutes to go ...

i go forward with my gunship first and put as many rockets into the artilery as possible and when i start getting hit by AA fire i retreat and have my tanks go forward and destroy the aa veahical and then recall my gunship and i dont remember my friend code but when i get home i post it

the strategy is to leave your gunship at the bombers then send your tanks to destroy the enemy anti air vehicle. trust me then everybody else is defenseless against your gunship. if you send the tanks to destroy the artillery, then your tanks will almost definitly get destroyed by bazooka vets and your gunship by the anti air vehicle.
