When my friend and I heard about the earthquake we were supposed to be doing coursework at school- we spent the entire lesson watching videos of the earthquake and tsunami, and planning fundraising events instead. Our teacher and entire class helped even though it meant wasting time needed to complete- we had to do something to help though.
