Speaking of assy games, I had the Game Boy version of this and even at age 9 I could tell it blew endless herds of chipmunks. SNES was the best version!

Just got back my SNES and found this game in its original case, have booklet too etc. I love this game, but looks harder then it looks seriously. Still love it.

I could never deal with how terrible Chewie was at the level itself; Luke works well if you fight the boss patiently and defensively; staying just outside the boss's range and jump slicing him when he reaches his max length.

Takes a while though.

And yeah, Chewie does look like he's jerkin' his junk when he kneels and fires.

I always found Leia best for this level because her double jump attack made the level easy and then the super charged blash she could give by holding down attack owned the boss.

Ya know I've been playing these games since they were released and I absolutely love them. I know a lot people regard them as being god awful, but then again I suck at some games considered by many to be "easy," so I guess these games just fit my play style a bit better.
