Beautiful. R.I.P. to all our four legged friends who died on 9/11 and every other date while serving with our armed forces and emergency services. Thoughts and love to those still serving x
Great video!!! You are this week’s Tribute Video on German Shepherd: The Best Dog On The Planet on facebook. Stop by and say hello, we would love to see more. We would like to thank all the heros of 9/11 and will be posting more of these type of videos all month.
@eldlaw88 I actually read an Article about a woman Charlotte Dumas publishing a book Retrieved due out today I believe, it is about the 911 dogs. When she started researching there were only 15 FEMA Certified SAR dogs still living and three have since passed away. So if they are correct there are only 12 dogs left from Ground Zero. Bretange, Guiness, Merlyn, Red, Abigail (Abby), Tuff, Scout, Hoke, Kaiser, Moxie, Tara, and Bailey. All retired and living as living with their families
@marthmaster79 Yes Sirius he was left in his kennel in the basement when his partner David Lim heard an explosion he told him I'll be back. Little did they know the tragedy about to unfold. Sirius was killed instantly when the tower collapsed. David Lim was trapped over 5 hours. 4 months later Lim kept his word, when Sirius was found, he came back for him, he and another officer carried Sirius flag draped remains out of the rubble under full honors.

God bless them all. Over 50 SAR dogs that worked at the WTC on 9/11 died from the toxins to which they were exposed.

Love this the song is so appropriate for this video. These Dogs deserve a Medal for doing what they do. Thanks

Sounds better with the fade ^_^
Also, having the pictures and text fade out before the music gives it a n even more gradual ending, a definite improvement!
I never heard about the dog left in the tower, I'm glad you added that in the end he diserves to have his story spread.
Good job, 5/5
