I love your cat thoughs eyes make you melt Im getting a Seal Bi-Color on the 19th Dec 2011 for my 3year old son and me lol hes so cute I think this will be the best Christmas ever its been a long time sins i had a cat but this a first time to have a Ragdoll kitten iv been told hes going to get to 9-10kg's so hes going to be a big boy lol its funny thats 9kg less than my son now lol but i love your cats.
@Jramadan100 Awwww, how cute! Yes, they are BIG cats when they're adults - it takes them four years to grow completely. And they really are super fluffy (though that doesn't kick in completely til they're about 12 months & start shedding everywhere). If bred by a proper breeder, they're the most placid, laid back cats. It's one of the reasons why they're best suited as indoor only cats. They're also often stolen because they are so gorgeous. Good luck with your kitty :)

Your cat is so handsome! We have a Maine Coon mix right now, plus a dog and a bunny, so we won't be getting another cat anytime soon, but if we're ever looking again your Romy has convinced me that Ragdoll is the kitty for me! :)
@Noellenc Awwww, thank you :) Romy's a lot of work though - don't let those pretty eyes fool you! Ragdolls are best suited to being indoors only, as they are too friendly & often hurt by other animals or stolen. Unfortunately, this does mean they require more cuddles, attention, toys & entertainment to keep them happy & healthy. Oh and the kitty litter cleaning & constant vaccuming. But they are amazing cats. We've fostered many rescue cats and have never come across anything like them :)

The only new thing would be the shedding, because our Maine Coon doesn't shed too badly, but I think I could stand some extra brushing for that lovely coat. =)

From there on out, tufts of fluff start showing up on the carpet and furniture, but it's easily vaccumed up :) On a couple of occassions the boys have been naughty & cuddled into clothes that I've laid out & they ADORE sorting through the washing pile & smelling the outdoor linen smells, but it's adorable :)

@selevivi5 i think it really doesn't matter what your cat looks like or whether its a ragdoll cat or not. What really matters is spending time with your cat, giving them love and a home they feel comfortable in. They'll give back the love they received x100.
I do have five cats. Like 2years ago we adopted a cat, his owners moved and he wasn't allowed in their new flat. They left him on the street, he got sick of diabetes and didn't get enough food. Not a beauty, we love & care about him tho =)

They're all so beautiful, with their own distinct personalities, but all three are very good lap cats, loving all the attention they can get! Ragdolls are a truly amazing breed :)
@justyaSweetAngel Hahaha, oh that has to be one of the best comments I've ever had on youtube! Roman has gorgeous eyes for sure - rare for them to be so dark though. We have three Raggies and have been looking at a fourth, but none have come close to Romy's eye colour.

He is soooo beautiful. I have a 4 month seal bi-color named Newman. I can't believe in only a few months he's going to look like Roman (dark and manly!! ha!) Roman's eyes are definitely a lot deeper blue than Newman's. Maybe it's because Newman's mom was a blue bi-color and had the lighter shade of blue eyes??
@tobray Awww, that's adoreable - Roman & Newman, haha! Thank you, Romy is a gorgeous boy, with an over the top affectionate personality & perfect eye colour.Though the diluted colours usually (but not always) have lighter eye colour, which can explain Newman's lighter eyes. It's also very, very hard to get a Ragdoll with these deep blue/purple eyes. Romy's parents have been paired 3x since & have not produced the same eye colour in their other seal Bi-colours. Romy's a "one in a million" :)
