It's a mod of "Quest for Bush/Night of Bush Capturing", which is a mod of "Quest for Saddam". It's a re-skin of a re-skin of a re-skin.

They all use the Torque game engine.

This is boring and unoriginal. They just replaced monsters with political figures with whom they disagree. Eric Medine should do a Muhammad Killa game. Muhammad was homicidal in real life. So the game would be more historically accurate. The only problem is that Muhammad's followers are literally incapable of taking a joke. They won't just get mad, they'll really kill him. Basically Medine is an unimaginative wimp.
