Greetings, my uncle needs this but its too expensive where he lives. Is it 220V and 110V or either one or the other. I can buy it in switzerland which is 220v and take it to him where it is 110v so i want to know if its both voltages automatic or will i need a transformer?? Thank you and i will wait for a reply.

The ResMed S9 is the best CPAP machine available in Australia. After trying many others, this is absolutely the quietest and most user friendly. It's fantastic.
