his contract expired, and he had injuries, so he took a break from wwe, (probably the drugs thing). If he was still in wwe at the time of the arrest, he would be banned from wwe. My guess, Probably... once he gets outta jail.

Hold on a sec lol. Im a TNA fan and why should I be punished again because Jeff may be on drugs again. I havent watch WWE in over 5 years and I hated having to see Jeff Hardy again. I was glad when he went back to WWE. And WWE fans were happy. It was win win. Keep in mind TNA suspended Jeff Hardy when he was there because of his drug problems, so I can't imagine they would bring him back. 14 years is way to long by the way. but if he is cleared, lets all hope he stays in WWE.
