that's sorta the whole point, that world title should be that dull looking and ugly, it has that stupid wwe logo on it and it just ruins it. that belt has nothing to do with NWA/WCW it's a completely new belt, but the shape was kept because it was popular. the spinner belt needs to go away, on triple h, it just doesn't match him at all, he shouldn't wear a custom belt from somebody else unless he was feuding with him.
