Thanks for this. This is something I've been struggling with and I really want to get fixed within the group that I lead. I'm definately going to try to get our person with a heart for worship under the mentoring of our singers.

I'm just thankful I've got the lack of talent but a heart for worship problem and not the cocky I'm a great musician problem.
