@nikitejay BTW I, 38 smoked since 16 (until last quit) and had multiple lung x-rays and tests done. My lungs are totally 100% ok and the doctor (my brother BTW) sayys actually its quite normal so thats good news for us.
i love you. Just notice how your over all appearance changed from the first video to this one. Your skin looks healthy you look healthy i still love u no matter what. but take a look if you have not noticed how you look so healthy now.

Nikita I really don't know you...but you look great. Without smoking, food should taste better to you and you should be able to breath and smell things better. Sometimes it takes a while for all the toxins to get out of your system. Not getting too personal...have you really sweated since smoking? Also try eating a lot of fruits and vegitables. All I eat are fruits and vegetables and I work out every day.... You should watch all my quit smoking logs...somewhere in there you would know all that...

Nikita I really don't know you...but you look great. Without smoking, food should taste better to you and you should be able to breath and smell things better. Sometimes it takes a while for all the toxins to get out of your system. Not getting too personal...have you really sweated since smoking? Also try eating a lot of fruits and vegitables.
