Asking for service rep does not work w t-mobile. Other companies if they do not understand say " let me get you to a rep" not "this call we now be disconnected". I can't believe I pay this customer for having to complain to get service that is standard updated. A loyal 10 year customer should not be treated like shit. Also their nw is starting to drop recently.
when youre talking to our crap automated system you CANT be that specific about what yout. you gotta be more simplistic with your wording. all you should have said was "unlock phone".
You are the cutest thing :) I was a T Mobile Customer for many years but lately ( within the past 18 months ) they really started to suck ass. First they do away with thier T Zones e mail service. Then they re work their networks so any phone later than 2010 is not compatible with their data and other features. Then top to climax they no longer support danger software , so now everyone who bought the latest sidekicks 6 months ago can't use them anymore. I said goodbye and hello to at&t.
@oph5pr1n6 When last I heard from a rep. at out local AT&T store , everything's still up in the air. The Fed's are still blocking the deal claiming that AT&T's acquisition of T-Mobile would eliminate a company that has been a competitive factor with a history of offering affordable low priced plans to less privileged individuals , thus forcing a higher priced monopoly on thousands of existing customers. In my opinion AT&T does have much better quality phones. T Mobile phones are garbage
@guitarslinger55 Oh well thats understandable too , these things happen. I think the thing that pissed me off the most was the fact that they were holding everyone to their 2 year contract regardless. I heard they offered existing sidekick users still under contract something like a $10.00 rebate on an upgrade. Big Whoop LMAO
I normally bypass all the automation by saying "Speak to a representative" repeatedly. The computer normally asks to "say again" and I'll just repeat it. Saves me a lot of time. Works with other companies, too!

@Taz0161 its not that they dont support danger software, danger no longer exists. the servers that old sidekicks connected to not exist anymore.

I hate automated responses, I just speak Gibberish, until the computer can't understand me and so it connects me to a live person.
