Try and remember this, back when this was made there was no MMA no UFC just Martial arts clubs that you have study for years before you could defend your self with what they taught. Noting in this video is lame. Every thing work, pushing on the throat is the best way to repeal any front grab. Also striking the celiac plexus is very effective any time. Only if the aggressor has realy much longer arms this could be not effective.

For that, the last technique also work okay. Just kneeling down will put the aggressor out of balance and allow easy throw. Stike on pelvis is good too.
