I have one issue with this blog : isn't being ready or not ready to date controllable by defining what kind of relationship you're looking for? If your profile says 'looking for chat/email correspondance' then you're basically advertising the fact you're not ready to date. I think you should've instead be telling people to fill their profiles out more carefully and not show interest in offline meetings. Online dating is sometimes the only way some people gain any social self confidence.

@ECapuano04 The thing about sites like this is that you can meet a lot of people fairly quickly. Yeah, you don't need to use a site like match.com to do that, but generally the more people you meet the more likely it is you're going to find someone compatible. The downside is you have to be prepared that with greater quantity comes a drop in overall quality.

trust me you are not complaining here.... the majority of people in my opinion on Match are what I call (and I did not invent this I am sure) "window shopping" they have no plan to meet people or have a relationship... they are there to just see if someone would be interested. I had some success on this about 2 years ago met 4 people with various success but have been reluctant to put myself through this again. Funny thing is after 2 years away I see the same faces and stories... good vid!!

match.com is a fake I create premium or star accounts and I start to send messages between the accounts some messages (1/10) came later after 2 months the support center sucks and the personal, I ran a survey and many the profiles are fakes because the names of profiles they are in English and the name of profile are words randomly and the profile always say 25 to 45 years and everything else like description is empty and always this kind of profile appear when real users stay offline a while.

I opened a free account because I was scheptical like MOST people are but I am impressed with the fact that I can connect with people on MY level. Also, the pickiness from women on there is outrageous. We went from a time from women looking for Mr. Good Enough, to Mr. Right, to now Mr. Perfect. It's hard to meet someone on Match.com because most of the women on there are fucking lazy and have more excuses than helpful comments. Women don't like it when guys lie to them, so why do most women on there lie in their profiles just to get attention or why do they lie saying they are very good with responding to messages but never respond? Most women I've talked to on there have dating ADD or have a hard time being openly honest with their feelings and what's on their mind.

I'm a well educated, good looking, very physically fit and endowed engineer and musician so after signing up for entertainment purposes, the disasters they suggested I date was fucking HILARIOUS.
It suggests people you wouldn't even socialize with let alone date.

trust me you are not complaining here.... the majority of people in my opinion on Match are what I call (and I did not invent this I am sure) "window shopping" they have no plan to meet people or have a relationship... they are there to just see if someone would be interested. I had some success on this about 2 years ago met 4 people with various success but have been reluctant to put myself through this again. Funny thing is after 2 years away I see the same faces and stories... good vid!!

match.com is a fake I create premium or star accounts and I start to send messages between the accounts some messages (1/10) came later after 2 months the support center sucks and the personal, I ran a survey and many the profiles are fakes because the names of profiles they are in English and the name of profile are words randomly and the profile always say 25 to 45 years and everything else like description is empty and always this kind of profile appear when real users stay offline a while.

The users won't commit to anyone. They think that by continuing to browse profiles they will eventually come in contact with the perfect man or woman. But the truth is that almost never happens because the other person will still be looking for his/her perfect match.

Match sucks. Most of their profiles are phony and inactive. When the service began years ago it started out well. Then their management became really greedy and Match fell apart. It's now a big waste of money. Search the web. You will find a couple thousand complaints about this dating website.

Its a known fact that 50% of all men and women on dating sites are fresh out of a relationship and on the rebound. So in the future of online dating you might want to put somewhere that you're not interested in dating someone that is fresh out of a long term serious relationship.
