Sorry... good as these people are, they don't erase my memory of the Tunick orchestrations. This is just a clever gimmick, not truly the right "sound".
They're all so great! But this girl who plays Jenny is like so perfect for the part, she's so convincing as a bit of a... square lol. I love this show, definitely in my top 3 favorite Sondheim shows.
WAY!!! We all went to CU Boulder and they were both very cool. Leenya was a serious student while double majoring with violin and Fred has always been a total easy-going sweetheart. So...I would love to see more of the "pot" scene, please!
I love Sondheim's word play in this show

I'm sorry but this is an awful production of this show. A gimmick concept that does not service the play, and the actors are practically dead.

I wish my high school would preform this play. I'd do it any day. It's in my Top Ten. And that's pretty good since I have alot of them :) Haha.

When she says "Harry, I love you!" and then he doesn't respond, I feel SO bad for her character!

I absolutely love Sondheim!
I might get to participate in my town's production of Company this summer/fall!
I'm auditioning for it, I know that. They're doing TWO Sondheim shows, Company and Gypsy, this year. :)

I love this performance, too, my favorite Sondheim shows are:
1. Sweeney Todd (1979 production)
2. Company (2006 production)
3. A Little Night Music
Sondheim is quite my favorite musical composer ever.

That's kind of ironic, that they went to college together...and then they played opposite each other....
But that's really awesome. I'm pretty jealous.
