This video is helpful, but at the same time fucking worthless. I need to know what to do with the palm. this idiot lady just shows a breif wrapping. how is this supposed to help?

this technique is correct. I, also, was trained by nationally certified physical therapist. Been 2 years since I had to wrap and needed a refresher for finger/hand wrap. This video saved me lots of bucks it would have cost to see a therapist because she wouldn't have been able to give me just a refresher course....I would have to have started at from square 1. THanks

This was performed by a physical therapist who has been certified in Manual Lymph Drainage. The technique is correct.
