They formed officially between 2002 and 2004. Hayley moved to Franklin, met Jeremy and the brothers at the age of 13 in 2002 and her and jeremy formed the band called the factory. Soon after paramore was formed with the creation of their first song "conspiracy". They formed as Paramore officially in 2004 but they were together before then.

there are two paramores. one (hayley, josh, zac, and jeremy) is an alternative rock band, the other i don't really know, but they're are less well known. if htey ever get more famous, they'll probably have to change their name for legal reasons.

the song is by another band called paramore (not the one with hayley in) because the album which the song is from ("what you don't know") was released in 2001 and paramore (the one with hayley in) didn't even become a band until 2004...hmm i wonder how that works because normally bands have to change their name for legal reasons if theres already a band with the name...
