  • george harrison understood the ways of the universe. He was 'in tune'. . .To say the least, this man was a prophet.

  • I was playing John Lennon's "so this is xmas" on guitar, then I was inspired to segway into this wonderful song.... .52 yrs old and still feeling the same about the FAB 4 as I did back in the good old days!!

  • Very nice! I have always loved George Harrison's music....I especially love this song! Not sure exactly why..it just gives me a certain peaceful feeling. Thanks for sharing with us! :)

  • credits came on way to early asshole

  • Harrison got press in the 70s when he was releasing popular music. During most of the 80s, whatever music he did release wasn't popular, so he didn't get press. When the Traveling Wilbury's released their 3 cds, they were popular, and he got press. Then, after awhile the press died down. In 2001 when he passed away he got a little press, not much, and I'm sure record sales spiked a bit. Since then he hasn't gotten much press. This year a really good documentary on his life comes out.

  • This is as are most harrison songs an amazing tune. got superlative reviews and more. do i know what it means. something different every time.

on another subject, that woman in the 3rd or 4th picture looks like she just dropped out of heaven itself.

  • @mmmdedek - Interesting. For years George couldn't

attract flies. Suddenly, he's some kind of musical genius?

Either he was OVERLOOKED there's something else

going on here: COMMERCE! Have you noticed that about

every 10 years somebody figures out way to sell us Beatle

music ALL OVER AGAIN? CDs, Magazine sales, radio

specials and even HBO cable subscriptions are all in on the

act. Now, hold on to your hat: 5 years from now RINGO too

will be discovered to be a MUSICAL "GENIUS"!

  • @FrlghtWolf Not sure how old you are, but music is cyclical and about every 10 years EVERYTHING is revisited. Difference is that the Beatles (and particularly Harrison, imho) had amazing talents. Almost everything labeled "Brit Pop" is derivative of the Beatles. Regardless, who cares if someone brings attention to REAL music instead of the drivel of the likes of Lady Gaga?

  • @lollypalooly2 - To be sure...the Beatles didn't just change

music, they literally changed the world. I admire the band as

a whole but am realistic and curious enough to acknowledge

that not everyone is EQUAL. For a guy that could never get

any respect when he was alive I find it strange that suddenly,

George has "amazing talent". In the same way RINGO was

easily replaceable...I'm inclined to think George was too. You

simply cannot say that about John and Paul.

  • groovy man

  • this song changed my life at 15. I'm 43 now. It still speaks to me in a different way every time i hear it. Thank you for posting it. :)

  • we all want peace now

  • Just close ur eyes and ejoy the song.......

    miss Harrison....

  • love can safe the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think he is complet right in that

    Harrison forever <3

    i lovee him so much

  • Thank You everyone for the wonderful comments!

  • You know what?

He was hiden behind John and Paul, but I think he was a genious! This is a master piece!!

  • Self realization of the one self , confirmed by a continuous self activated frisson 'aka Goose Bumps', 'were all one and life will flow within you and without'... the Subtle self notification in the form of a frisson can easily be misconceived. So be awake and aware, observe this self presenting acquaint clue and follow it to its source... the spirit molecule. We our the children of the universe do not ever forget that, the answer is not hiding from you it is you... peace ...OHM... JK

  • cuantas variedades de generos tuvieron los beatles

    grande siempre seran

  • i love the beatles

  • Great song...the first time I heard it I loved it.

  • Don't be sorry. This song is one GH's best.JL and Pm are great but there is something about Georges songs.. He is the Roger Waters of the Beatles. O r I should say RW is the George H of PF.
