I don't like it when people "upconvert" an old fullscreen video to widescreen, the top and bottom of the frame get cut off. it's just completely inappropriate. it's the same as pan-and-scan videotapes that cut off the sides of a widescreen film.

I'm one of the "Go Go" dancers in the video...I lost my personal copy of this video when we lost our house in Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Thanks so much for uploading this video so that I could show my little girls a piece of my history. It was a pleasure to work with Pam. She is a real lady.

I think it's a LOT closer to Classic pop than country.. despite the fact that Tillis has, of course, been known as

a Country singer... Great version of a classic tune, in any case. Is that her frolic-ing on the bed w/ the girls in this

vid? Classy touch !!

not too surprising, really......Pam, like Patty Loveless, first gave pop and rock a try in the 70's & 80's (see Pam's debut release: "Above & Beyond the Doll of Cutey" on WB, 1983) and actually sang with a west coast rock band at an early age. Pam is definitely not a one dimensional artist. for another side, check out her smokey, torch-song rendition of "So Wrong".... and yes, that's Pam w/ the girls :), she's so cute in this vid.
