Hey Hit, quick question. Can/should you do calithenics everyday or is it the same as weight training where u should do a 3 day split etc to allow your body time to heal and repair?
im struggling with balance and muscle strength (new to the strength game) could you do this with your feet touching the wall to strengthen the arms without worrying about balance then move to this without wall?
@calisthenicskingz Can you help me with that tutorial? I try to do this but i can't find the balance, its either my head touching the ground or just "falling" backwards into the starter position how can i find the ballance?

Nice! This is almost word for word exactly how I taught myself to do a handstand. Although, mine is bent like yours, and I'm only just starting to work on straightening it out. I never would have guessed that it would be that much harder! Oh well, I'll have something to keep me busy.

So true, the wall is a horrible way to learn how to balance. It is good for developing shoulder strength, but after that its bad for practicing balance
Just downloaded your app. Love the video section, but I just think there's too much going on with the modeling, body weight calculator, facebook, twitter, etc. Don't know if this is a calisthenics app or just a promotion. Way too much going on, should defiantly make it more simple and stick to one thing.

yes im shocked seeing this is everything i do actually what you said except for wrist pushups like you said it hurts lol but yeah my brother this video was more of motivation for me because just doing every thing you said today and yesterday. i usually every other day 6 sets of 5 handstand pushups on the wall. some close to the wall and away. then i balance off. they been helping build crazy strenth for my pullups to haha... but this really was a blessing.. i pray ur dvd successful
how can I make progress if everytime I want to handstand I feel all the blood pressure, trying to pop my head of, and my joints are killing me, how can I get in warm so I dont have to hurt my self??

At what age did you master the handstand, because the older you are the harder it is for your body to adjust to new things.

I learned the kick up method, and strengthening through hand stand push ups,and hand shoulder touches. Frog stance is good for learning planks also.
