they are ankle bands that have velcro on the inside, so when there legs come apart they hear and feel it, I don't remember what company we bought those from

Hey, Bart! It is not very easy to make it clean ( means with perfect technique). But as a drills for 1/2 piroette swings ( Russians called it "sunzirovka") and as basics drills for the blind change all of those are working GREAT. VladZ
