@VIT0R1984 I did it with the AUDI and I lapped the field quite alot of times. I drove the first couple of stints during the weekend thats why I was ahead lol. This isnt the best Le mans car in the game but it is maybe the most stable of them all the audi is quite loose lol.

El Capitain - I wanted the Minolta so much!

Nurburgring 24H - Formula Gran Turismo...

and the last one (under Em Capitain) cuz it was 200 miles to it's kinda short... got just a Charger

I tried using Soft at front and Hard at Rear using Pescarolo,

It affects it's accelaration.. but it can last 50 laps..

I lower it's suspension too.

@18PacWest, is it possible to use hard tires for the rear for brakes and soft tires for the front for traction. I tried that once and if i remember, it lasted 67 laps.

Medium compound on the front and hard compound at the rear tyres and lasted I think 73 laps before I came to the Pescarolo pits.

I won this long distance race in a 2003 spec Pescarolo C60 with a turbocharged Peugeot V6 engine. In my opinion, the noise of the engine sounds like a Merc V8 that used in CART.

yeah, right; anyway at the director mode/B-Spec we just observe the CPU and take a look how long it took until it start to enter the pit (how much laps), then compare it with the real timing, we might get the game played efficiently..less than 10 hours I think; but still, we've to check it every time it will take a pit stop...

Lmao I did the lemans 24 hour race with the Pescarolo Playstation Lemans, then I left my ps2 on all night and all day for one whole day, nothing broke in my ps2 slim scph-7000 or whatever the heck you call it, and I won.

To win it put it on B-spec but go to that gran turismo tuning website and set all of your lemans car straight, you'll def win :)

in gt5 endurence races will consist of day and night......Slooooooooooooooooo­w day and night. real time lighting(hid,halogen) headlight output. rain,fog,damn,dry. Head light output weakens in the rain or on damp roads. Hehe get ready.

Also fog will had and efect on headlights and tailight's.

I hate the B-Spec system.

You have no reason to use it until the Enduros, and then because you havent used it before, the driver is absolute shit.

I drive the first 8hr of the Nurburgring 24Hrs in a Corvette C5R, Im 9 laps up on everyone when I switch to B-Spec, then I wake up the next morning to find myself 6th and 14 laps down on everyone. But I raced my way back into the lead with 4hrs to go ;)

I was also experienced it,

I used R8, messed up in the middle of the race then I set the pace of the driver to minimum, ordered him to the PIT, then I raced it 1lap, took the car to the pit, set it to the B-Spec mode clearance and canceled the PIT progress (just running in PIT) it back to normal, I watch the whole race, about 6-7 hours...

With less downforce and The highest Ride Height (The circuit is very bumpy) and B-Spec Reduced Pace the car works perfectly for me. It's still 4 seconds faster than the other cars per lap and the car does not slow down at the Mulsanne straight!

here it works, after capturing some scenes (skipping several laps, due to the limited of HDD) I convert the AV files with "SuperConverter 2007" into AVI-without sound, when I open it with Win-Movie maker, it changed into several parts, then I just reshuffling each parts of the scenes, put them together, done...

I did the regular endurance races that take 2-4 hours but this no way man. I just used action replay, took me one lap!.

id go with the Audi R8 , but i wouldnt buy anything for it as it effects the way it feels , for la sarthe or any other track thats pretty flat you should ajust the ride hight so its low as it can go , this will make it easier to corner , also if you put more downforce it will corner even quicker but you will lose top speed.
