It's too bad that some people don't fill out those census forms or lie on them. Black communities in some places are so underserved because not alot of people take the time to fill those out or just throw them away, because they don't see why it's so important. When some people do that, that's money that isn't coming into the community to build churches, youth centers, schools. I feel the same way, please fill out the census form.

It's too bad that some people don't fill out those census forms or lie on them. Black communities in some places are so underserved because not alot of people take the time to fill those out or just throw them away, because they don't see why it's so important. When some people do that, that's money that isn't coming into the community to build churches, youth centers, schools. I feel the same way, please fill out the census form.
