Just as a comment and critique, your webpage emphasizes the SECULAR distortions to Biblical chronology without understanding the critical internal Biblical timeline, which few do.
But beyond that,it is a wonderful collection of resources on chronology, especially the archaoelogical.
Esp. Finkelstein is important who establishes the archaeological timeline then applies to the distorted secular vs the strict Biblical, which aligns with the archaeological. U should add the PROPHETIC timeline.
Come on! That would be theological! Would it not? I would have to change the whole name again! There are plenty of sites that host such time lines. How about I add you name to the list. Number 35?
Well, I'll admit that you walk a fine line, but "David and Solomon" by Finkelstein is hardly non-theological. He likes wearing two hats, historian and archaeologist.
At any rate, JFYI, Xerxes faked his death and claimed he was Artaxerxes, Longimanus so there are 82 years of fake Persian history in all the secular timelines, save Jewish, who double the reduction as camouflage.
The original chronology is hidden in two astronomical texts: VAT4956 and Strm. Kambyses 400. JFYI. :>
I like the serious, academic look of the webpage, grays. Promotes seriousness.
Just for your information, the critical Biblical dating for all events back to the Exodus and thus back to Adam can now be determined based on 1947, the final restoration of the Jews to their homeland which fulfills their 70th jubilee of 49 years. From a "theological" point of view, this is brand new and preempts all the other timelines and is archaeologically well confirmed.
Yeah, you gave me something to do tonight!!!!! I was afraid I was going to be bored tonight, but now I really want to check out the updates. Thanks so much for doing this site, Wayman. I feel it will be great for anyone who has questions about or wanted to start studying the Bible for a textual/historical perspective.

THANKS!! What a great site!! Will check out.
Finkelstein is a favorite archaeologist but he ignores too much archaeology and history that link the Exodus to Akhenaten.
This is an important research site for serious Biblicalists, like myself. Thanks so much!!
