I lived in Orlando for years and never knew this place existed. I always liked Sci-Fi city, but over the last few years they took a huge nosedive. I've ordered tons of stuff from coolstuff off of Amazon though and had no idea they were so close.

I think they're being careful not to say anything about specific titles or anything as to not anger distributors and publishers. Plus, I think they might be a touch introverted.  I don't get any sense that they don't like what they do.

While I think the video is interesting, I have to say that it was hard to watch. I would hope people who run such a fun business would have a little more enthusiasm about their products and what they do. I felt like Tom had to try really hard just to get them to talk. I'm not trying to sound negative, I appreciate the video, I just felt bad for Tom.

Tactics 2 was the game that got me started on the path away from games like Monopoly. I was curious, since you ship all over the world, do you buy games localized for different languages and locations? Great interview and look behind the scenes. Love your online store! I went there last year, the vibe I was getting from their orlando store is that it was about MTG first and a board game second... the sellers weren't very knowledgeable about board games and it was filled with magic players...

Excellent! I buy all my games from them. Except a few titles were I got bitten (Twilight Struggle and Dominant Species first prints) they have the best prices.

Good video. At first I was a little sceptical whether it would be interesting, but I have to say that Tom asked interesting questions and it was just cool to see all of these games.

Btw, I want to have a board game store where one can play near me really, really badly! A lot of great board games come out of Germany (where I live), but we don't have as many stores as there are in America.

I'm from Barcelona Spain, and last december when I went to Miami, I visited their store and bought 4 games. 3 weeks ago I ordered another game.

They have great deals, but when I order single games from them they pack it in an oversized box with peanuts, which doesn't always ship well. I've lucked out so far, but only because the outer box wasn't dented. Games tend to shift around in a large box, no matter how many peanuts are in there, and the games often settle to the bottom or side, ready to be smashed by the UPS guy. Use smaller boxes and brace the game with cardboard spacers and this problem is avoided (also saves peanuts).

Great video Tom! I order from CoolStuffInc the majority of the time and only go to Funagain when I need a euro that CoolStuffInc doesn't have! They just have fantastic prices and a great selection! It's nice to see the faces behind the website!!! Thanks for taking the time to make this video!!!

The reason you feel like they're "withholding" is because they avoid mention specific games, for obvious reasons. Anyways, this is a great store. I live in Sweden and this is the cheapest place to import from.

Cool interview. I went to their online store and had a look at Drizzt (coming out in a week or two). The price was fair, I went to look at the shipping... $100+ to Australia? No thanks.

Amazing that Amazon, Book Depository, and others can ship huge boxes here for as little as $30 or so, but smaller stores like this just aren't able to come close no matter how big or small the order is.

I dont like these 2 ppl. They are withholding information on purpose, they never give Tom a detailed, well-answered answer. Come on, if you don't feel like sharing, shut your month or just tell him you don't wanna say it. I am sorry to say this because I order $2k worth of stuff so far from them. Very sad, I am giving my next order to funagin. Tom, come on, you know it too, this probably feel like interrogation, isn't it? It feels like pulling teeth. I can't stand it.
