  • @missyzahra You would need more marinade depending on the size of the turkey. Follow the normal cooking guidelines for a turkey according to its weight.

  • @nida1990 No worries. The skin will go very dark in places. Because it has been separated from the flesh it darkens much more easily, but the meat underneath is perfectly cooked.
