@missyzahra You would need more marinade depending on the size of the turkey. Follow the normal cooking guidelines for a turkey according to its weight.

My parents don't allow me to bring chicken home...since we are Hindu,vegetarians (i and my brother are allowed meat but outside the house) :( Titli, I am coming over and please make this for me..pretty please ^_^
@nida1990 No worries. The skin will go very dark in places. Because it has been separated from the flesh it darkens much more easily, but the meat underneath is perfectly cooked.

How do you prevent the hand blender from splashing? I bought one and when I used it, it splashes a little bit, maybe because pan wasn't deep?
