XP doesn't come with faces, but VX does.

I dont beleive that the faces come with it, i for a fact did not get any, but if you export the battlers, and use that to cut their heads and make a new image of just their face you could most likely use it.

Can AMS make textboxes that dissapear after a set amount of time, and lets the character to still walk around? Say, if I would want two guards talking to each other while the player is supposed to sneak past them.

Well as far as I know the players get frozen when a txtbox is active. I'm not sure though. Well you could make an image in paint or photoshop or whatever and make it appear like a picture because I don't think players get frozen when a picture overlay appears. You should try some things and find out.

Well thats something I barely know because I never coded something in like that. You must have a variable that contains the level of a character before the battle and you must have another variable that gets filled in with the level after the battle. After that you must be able to run something like this if you know how normal coding structures work:

x = 5 (the level before the battle)

y = 7 (the level after the battle)

if y > x: print "You have reached level", y

else:

(do nothing)

if the level after the match is higher then the level before the match do the following: (because you dont need to run it if nothing happened)

and then it just prints you have reached level y

if none of these conditions apply then it will move to "else" wich has nothing to do

Well are you using an updated version of it that is supported with your rpgmaker? Be sure to check that. The creator could help you out with it if you have some odd problems with it.

How can I add new tile sets and a new characters? I already knew the file format of the images but my RPG Maker XP software cannot consider it. Can you help me for my small problem? Ty man for the good comment. But design scripts by myself is a little difficult for now. Because i am already scripting on my own with the MUGEN engine (2d arcade engine) and in html so i have not many time to take this program on.
