Informed citizens can demand that their political representatives openly and honestly engage in a rational discussion (and then vote) as to whether or not tax dollars and other pork (pun intended) for the (UN gentile created) State of Israel are worth the headache for a land with zero strategic value. The more people arm themselves with information that Israelis are not "god's chosen people" the sooner we can terminate the gravy train to that region (it's not the 51st American state, period).
