Did you use a different tuning for going nowwhere?? Angel in the snow sounds really good though i think on new moon he tuned his guitar down a whole step because playing along in regular tuning doesn't sound right..I wish however that you could give a tutorial on going nowwhere ..That was a great cover

I've never heard anyone cover Elliott Smith better than you. I'm a very big fan of him and usually I feel quite disappointed when I hear other sing and play his songs, 'cause they don't do it half as good as him. But you're almost as good as him. Yeah ... Your guitar work on going nowhere is simply beautiful and your voice more than holds its own. I've been poking around at this song for almost a year and have come with all sorts of different interpretations, but I haven't been able to nail down that slide riff you play after hitting the open E. Its so confusing to me because it sounds like hes playing a single string, yet it also sounds like octaves. How exactly do you play the slide riff in your version.
