  • fukin INSANE! you makin niggas n the gym liftin weights look DUM! LMAO!

  • holy shit..thas certainly strong move right there

  • do you go to a gym just to annoy lifters? that 's awesome

  • @calisthenicskingz ayy im 16 5'10 and cant do 20 pushups should i lift weights first or try doing push-ups and keep adding on and pace my self so i can go higher?

  • @davond3 no i would recommend you get my instructional DVD from my website it teaches you everything bout calisthenics from a very beginner stage to very advance.

  • any tips on form?

So far all I know is to tighten core and glutes, and push with the bottom arm.

  • wow.... Its awsome .....

  • that reminded me of a video called "Insane Indian Pole Gymnastics [OFFICIAL HD] "

  • I think he could beat the guiness world record human flag time!!

  • @cocofritter no a 5 year old has the unofficial record and it's over a minute. Dominic Lacasse, the official record holder, is 39 or 49 seconds.

  • Hitman for president.

  • @dwoo15 thanks bro.

  • i love the way HIT's there looking so hench - then the guys behind him "crowding" the bench press (as that's all they probly do) - and HIT's all bodyweight - no weights!!! love it - that's why i started in the 1st place - calisthenics FTW!

  • thats ace! what are you like a street dancer or something?

  • MMM MMM MMM!!!! Very nice!!

  • @SweetpeaT0425 THANKS.

  • thats nuts what the hell

  • what a Gym Show Off!!! lol =^D

  • I thought that position was fake until i saw you do it! WOW

  • scoppia

  • I think the only people who can do this are you, and David Blaine.

If I was in that gym I woulda walked over and swept my hands looking for wires. haha

  • shit man thats beast !

  • youre a beast

  • respect man !!!!!

  • Why the hell aren't those people behind you watching that!?!? They must be freakin blind!

  • wow it's so windy in there

  • dude i wanna be able 2 do this shit,, but damn i cant get up that high i get like my body half way up then i fall lol

  • for a begginer where do you start?? like should i just start with 100 pushups a day for like a month????

  • The thing about starting a flag is a lot on balance and hand position, more than strength.

I started doing stupid attempts at a pole, until I managed to get my hands the right way, at first.

According to physics, the farther you legs are from your body, proportionally harder it is on your body.

Try jumping your legs up high, perpendicular to your body, so that you can control better than starting straight legged.

  • Then practice and progress to perfection.

Trying to get your bent body to be more and more straight until the perfect flag.

I don't think there are useful exercises to help you, other than the flag itself.

Unless you are REALLY starting. Assuming you have some shoulder strength beforehand, you'll most likely handle it well with the right balance.

In fact, you'll more likely face weakness on your rib muscles than any arm muscle, when you're at it, so don't be that hard on push ups.

  • @StrongSide55 pushups dont have anything to do with core...you need to do situps and other core development routines. Having good lats and shoulders is a plus for doing the flag

  • @mmaarmor actually push ups do work your core, granted not as much as sit ups but overhead squats, isometric holds such as L-sits and handstands, kettlebell or medicine ball twists, plank, active plank, kipping pull ups, ring levers and countless other movements should all be considered seriously. CrossFit is a really good system to develop functional fitness - might be interesting for you to look into it. Hope i havent bored the hell out of you.

  • nice moves

  • If your looking to lose weight, dont look at exercise, look at your diet....

you can exercise 5 hours a day but if you eat more than you burn then youll keep gaining

  • Doesn't better fitness help improve your metabolism though, so you can break food down more efficiently and store less as fat?

  • whats better Calisthenics or free weight?

  • they both have their benefits. calisthenics help master ur body weight, free weights help put on muscle mass. both very good for strength and conditioning.

  • Calisthenics. It's cool if you combine them, but Calisthenics. To a degree, running is considered calesthenics. But jumping jacks/ push ups/ pullups/ situps all give you core strength as well as endurance, and flexibility... Free weights can't help you do 100 pushups straight.

The only thing that can help u do pushups is doing pushups. Same principle with pullups. Free weights gives u bigger muscles quicker, that's why at the gym there's rarely a line to wait for pullups.

  • @MASSIVE100 Push ups,pull ups,dips,squats,lunges,calf raises,sit ups, planks,bridges

    What am I missing?

  • @huntman125

    other than running, you're straight.

stay consistent with your calesthenics, that will develop size. when it comes to pushups, I use a push up bar, some people these days use perfect push up, I haven't used it, but it seems cool. The push up bar is harder than doing regular pushups, then put your feet up on something so you're on an incline, makes it even more challenging. The closer you have your hands, makes it more challenging. You'll feel it in your triceps, chest, and back

  • @MASSIVE100 Can you pull yourself up from a pullup to a support on the bar?

  • @huntman125 , if you mean if I can do push - ups on a pull up bar, nah, I'm not there yet.

  • that's sick

  • I have a big fat belly. It's solid though. I don't know how to get rid of it.

  • running, with running after running - that's the only options for fat losing ;-)

  • thats what you get from drinking beer

  • get an ab-wheel and do ab rolls, works like magic and you can still drink all the beer you want.

  • go to a gym and hit the bike for 2 hours. youll burn twice the fat then running/ walking for 2 hours.

  • @122092aka i do not believe that is true because when you are biking you are only using the quads while when you are running you use the quads, calfs, hamstrings. Plus you use leg stabilizer muscles, the abs, and even your arms to a small extent.

  • actually after 2 hours of running you use your arms to a large extent, you will be sore in every part of your body lol. running burns way more fat when done for over 20 minutes

  • why r u in the gym? i thought u said u dont lift any weight and you only use body weight as resistance.

  • He is a personal trainer at Bally's.

  • he can fly :-) awesome

or he is close to it

  • realy cool how i can train this?

  • I can hold the flag for about 2 secs. What exercises should I do to get better at it. And if you got time check out my vid of me doing it and see if my form is straight.

  • Sick, wish I could do that but do you need steroids or is it natural muscle?

  • its natural thats why its so cool

  • brother, this is natural awesomeness....Hit is one of the best mofo's out there in the game!

  • no doubt thanks

  • just pratice, cant weigh that much how be too tall, start with pulls up

  • it's almost like watching a lance burton levitation trick. AWESOME!!!

  • Great

  • This is nice chemicals drugs!

  • Amazing!!! You are simply amazing!!! I am so proud of you... can't wait until we get fit together!!!

  • I have never seen anything like that, holy shit good work! It doesn't even look like you are straining whatsoever

  • dayumm he just like hops up to human flag position xD

I have to take at least 3 seconds to complete my momentum even staying in position

  • the more you bend your arms the easier it is

  • This is CRAZY!!!

  • i have a question- i am currently in training, in pretty good shape, however my abs are not strong enough yet to do a human flag, body lifts or pull up planks, does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to eventually take myself to that level? thanks.

  • other then train really hard?No or maybe discipline ..eat well ,take supplements, sleep well.

  • STOP SPAMING IDIOTS!!!!!

  • is it real?

  • Of course it's real, stupid.

He's pretty light (easily under 200lbs.) and strong as hell. He has a similar strength to weight ratio as a gymnast.

  • yes strong as hell but i would not quite say that similar to a gymnast

  • what a dumb question. You just saw it.. -.-

  • thats good !

  • My man aint playin with y'all!

  • dude this is awesome

    5 stars EASILY!

  • shut the fuck up about legs. you know you can't do that shit.

  • I find this incredible but in all of your videos you are wearing long pants. I havnt seen any proof of leg strength from any routine. Legs are important Im sure you know. Do you work them or do you like to keep them skinny and lite to pull off these moves easier?

  • who the fuck cares, this is all women want to see

  • So wait a minute...people actually enroll in a gym membership to do calisthenics only... really now??

  • That may be how you work abs, but it certainly isn't how I work them.

  • lol

  • mostly oblique

  • actually the shoulders are stressed a LOT. try it.

  • LoL gd work!!!!

  • He prob jus effed everybody up in that gym-99.9% of them dudes behind him couldn't even do that-They frontin like they don't see it tho

  • fucking strong shit right there

    Good work man.

  • right hand

  • I have respect for anyone who can do the human flag. Nice job. Somewhen you should show how to train to do one of those bad boys ;D

  • wow.. i only wish i was tha strong

  • that is awesome, but it wouldnt do anythin to your abs, gravity on your legs works the abs in normal position so doing it sideways wudnt really! looks ace tho! ha

  • wow flag very cool...

  • Human flag is very hard to do you need to have alot of arm strenght and alot of balance and agility very nice video

  • You missed your calling: gymnastics. Anyway, what is your nutrition like? Do you have any vids that discuss how to develop a good physique or, for that matter, how you developed yours. You could really help a lot of people.

  • great skillz!

  • u should be goin to the olympics as a gymnast on those bars or w/e

  • tell me one thing mayn....how do u do tht lol cuz thts insane

  • Guiness World Record is only 39 seconds set by some Italian named Dominic Lacasse. Can you hold it longer than that?

  • I'm 15, now I can hold myself in the flag for about 10 seconds, and it's real rough :D Looking forward to this after some rough training.

  • as ron simmons would say DAMN!!!
