transparent is see through completely you can only see whats inside. translucent on the other hand meaning you can see into the case and see whats inside. not through the whole thing =)

um the whole point of CLEAR is you see the inside. so take out the heat sheild dummy. thats why they have LEDS and clear fan shrouds and clear DVD covers

I did this same nod on my xbox 360.I got the case from ebay it was 40 buks and comes with 2 sets of led lights that just plug in it also comes with all the tools you need to take apart your xbox. i also put a blue led fan that moves more air than the factory fan also from ebay it was 20 buks so for 60 buks you can have a realy cool xbox......you do have to break the factory seal and once you do that it voids the warrenty

Pretty close...It keeps it from overheating because it isn't exactly..heat friendly...It absorbs the heat from the xbox, amazing isn't it?

Take a Hair dryer to the sticker and peal it off and then put the white case backtogether and then put the sticker in the same spot it looks like it never came off, then when or if its time to put the white one back on take a hair dryer and do the same process good luck modding. Im modding mine woo i love it.

zeramino, when u buy a case like this one u probably get som tools that make it easy to open and replace ur original 360 case, It can be tricky to open the case but there's alot of good tutorials out there.

I opened my 360 without any problem what so ever.

So i don't think u should have any problem with it ;P
