the anticipation, excitement, and comraderie is what hunting is all about. to put a deer like that on the ground was a great accomplishment and will be a great memory. i can still remember squeezing off the trigger on my first deer (a poor button buck that I thought was a doe).
you think that's an addrenaline rush? try turkey hunting! i took my first gobbler this past spring and im addicted
i killed a 7 point with a 20 inch spread and he was over 200 pounds. and in VA thts really big. and me and diddy was rollin around on the ground huggin each other haha. im 13... makin memories tht last a lifetime
Thanks, He shot a small 5 point this year the first day and he was just as excited. Hunting is in his blood. I did'nt shoot one last year but this year he shot his 5 point at 11 am and I shot a 6 point at 1:20 PM in the same spot with him there watching. Then he hugged me........LOL.......not normal thing for a 15 year old. We had a great year!
nab i got a 10 point 3 weeks ago but we didnt have didgetal camera with us just a normal 1 :( so i can rlly show u unless i take a pic of him from my wall :P when my dad was 13 he lived there till 18 or 20 and he told me all about have ur licence on ur back and he sed he lost his 2 times in a yr cuz of the damn branches
