At 5:57, it's kinda hard to see, but phantom ganon's sword when translated from Hylian to English says Zubora and Gabora. Zubora and Gzbora are the smiths in Majora's Mask that can reforge Link's sword into the razor sword, and then (after acquiring Gold Dust) into the Gilded sword. This could mean that Ganon forced the smiths to forge phantom Ganon's sword, but no one knows for sure. That's my guess, anyway.

All the Links are Hylian... same land. You must be getting confused in that some journeys take place in different lands. They are descendants of the original Link whether it is through a bloodline or a connection through the Triforce (although OoT Link and MM Link are the same)
