@gnarlythotep i´m not sure about that, as a former heroin addict for ten years i can tell you that people takes drugs for no particular reason most of the times. You do it because you love it and you stop doin it when you hate it.
@p1ngu1no thats not nesecarily true. i hated doing oxycottin and h for years but i kept doing it because i needed it to live. every addict is different.

But maybe you just one day wake up and hate so much what has become your life and then is the oppossitte...you just can not keep living like that. That´s what happen to me. Unfortunately, only around 20% of heroin addicts get clean and stay clean. I just don´t believe that thing of "turn to hard drugs to get away from reality". We do drugs cause it feels good and at first you feel like Elvis!
@p1ngu1no He did because he thought that it was just thought it was cool...Not in the scent that...Oh Im so cool. But he said he thought Bowie did most of his coolest stuff when he was on a lot of cocaine. And then he just moved onto heroin.

What i said later is that at the beginning of an adiccttion when problems have not come yet, i felt like fucking Elvis. or the king of the world, whatever you want to call it. That´s what i felt personally. Then later everything turns into a big mess. I was talking about my experience, i don´t know why John turned into a junkie. Who knows..
